About

Negin has been working in the field of asylum, immigration and nationality since 2012. Born in Afghanistan, she has gone through the full migrant experience herself. From seeking refuge in Holland with her family at the age of 5 to then migrating to the UK to pursue her studies as a teenager, Negin experienced first-hand the fears and concerns, as well as future hopes and aspirations that many have when leaving behind a place they call ‘home’. Negin has a specific interest in asylum and other human rights-related matters.

Advice and assistance in relation to applications made under the EEA Freedom of Movement directive including family permit and (permanent) residence card applications, including applications made for retained rights after a divorce or the death of the EEA national partner.

Advice and assistance in relation to British nationality applications including naturalisation and registration of minors within or outside of the UK as British citizens and assisting with making challenges to renunciation of British nationality status of clients.

Advice and assistance in relation to applications made for entry clearance, further leave or switching under the points-based system including student and worker applications.

Advice and assistance in relation to applications made for short-term visit visas and (convention) travel document applications.

Advice and assistance in relation to Tier 1 entrepreneur applications, providing guidance and assistance with the accompanying business plan, preparing clients for UKBA interviewing.

Work with UK businesses assisting them with their Sponsor Licence application, HR requirements and preparing them for their Home Office audit and inspections.
