Background: Navinder is the Managing Director of Kalsi Solicitors, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2009. Navinder has amassed substantial experience in dealing with British Embassies, Consulates and the Home Office domestically, whilst assisting clients making applications for entry clearance and is a speaker in the field of inward investment seminars, supporting UKTI and governmental departments. As a keen networker, Navinder has a wealth of contacts within the Home Office and Embassies overseas.
Expertise: Specialising in business immigration and for high net worth clients, Navinder is the firms lead on Tier 1 investor and Entrepreneur applications and Sole Representatives of an Overseas Business. Navinder has extensive experience in making applications for leave to remain for applicants and their families. With Navinder’s portfolio of contacts and ability to formulate and develop business plans, he has been commended by the Home Office for the high quality of his applications.

Domestically, Navinder works closely with local business groups and chambers as an immigration expert particularly with respect to the employment migrant workers. He has also provided his services on a voluntary basis for local organisations. Listed as an approved expert adviser for Sponsor Licence applications on the launch of the Points Based System. Navinder has worked closely with compliance officers and the Home Office in successfully applying for and retaining Sponsor Licences. Navinder regularly manages and advices employers and employees relating to their skilled worker applications and relocation to the UK. Navinder was most recently appointed by a multinational bank as their lead immigration lawyer and is responsible for all UK based migration matters.
